1.1 Customization Process:

• Our custom-made furniture is crafted to meet your unique specifications. Once the customization process has begun, orders cannot be canceled or modified.

1.2 Quality Assurance:

• We take great pride in the quality of our custom-made furniture. Each piece undergoes thorough inspection before delivery to ensure it meets our high standards.

1.3 Defective or Damaged Items:

• In the rare event that your custom-made furniture arrives defective or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. We will assess the issue and, if necessary, arrange for a replacement or repair at no additional cost.

2. Refunds

2.1 Cancellation Before Production:

• If you decide to cancel your order before the production process begins, you may be eligible for a partial refund. However, a cancellation fee may apply to cover any design or material costs already incurred.

2.2 Cancellation During Production:

• Once the production process has commenced, cancellations are not accepted, and refunds will not be issued.

2.3 Non-Defective Returns:

• As each piece of custom-made furniture is crafted to order, returns and refunds for non-defective items are generally not accepted. We encourage you to carefully review and confirm all specifications during the ordering process to ensure your complete satisfaction.

3. How to Request a Return or Refund:

3.1 Defective or Damaged Items:

• Contact our maker at info@centrepiecefurniture.com within 7 days of receiving the product. Provide detailed information and, if possible, include photographs to assist in assessing the issue.

3.2 Cancellation Before Production:

• Contact our maker at info@centrepiecefurniture.com as soon as possible to request a cancellation. Please note that cancellation fees may apply.

4. Terms and Conditions:

4.1 Modification of Orders:

• Once the customization process has begun, orders cannot be modified.

4.2 Refund Processing Time:

• Refunds, when applicable, will be processed within 7 days from the date of approval.

4.3 Cancellation Fees:

• Cancellation fees, if applicable, will be communicated to you before processing the cancellation.

Free local delivery within 40kms of Maitland NSW. Delivery out of this radius or shipping interstate/ long distances can most definitely be negotiated. Pick up from workshop by client available.
